I love this, a real sense of tension and drama, and delicately detailed.

no sweat :) if i may I'd like to ask a question, (if you have the time to respond!) in terms of personal style, did you find it easy for yours to manifest? or did you ever find it 'hard' to stray away from more accurate interpretations of the human form? I'm at a point in my career where I feel like I want to 'master' the human form before i begin exploring my own style, or is this wrong? should I experiment with style as early as possible? (sorry for the essay! I'm sure you are very busy with your work, but if you had the time I would be very grateful! thank you)

Work on human form first - always start with the basics. Once you feel that you have a good grasp of that, THEN you can start to play around with "style". I like a lot of different artists, and styles of artists, so for me, i took all of my favorites, threw them into a blender, and now i have something i can call my own - but it didnt happen overnight. It takes time...a lot of time. Dont try and rush it. Most important thing is to have fun - if you arent having fun doing it, then there rly is no point in continuing...and thats why a lot of us will take breaks for a while...me though...i'm still having fun ;P

thank you! I just needed to know I was doing the right thing, which I think I am, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't going down the wrong road. I am still having fun, but sometimes like you say it doesn't happen over night, and i just want my own style and movement in my drawings, but... a strong foundation is necessary. Thank you for taking the time, I appreciate it!
